Pedagogical conditions of teaching foreign speech

Abstract

In the given article speaking as one of human activities is analyzed. On the basis of psychological structure of an act of speech, pedagogical conditions of teaching foreign speech are determined and described. The algorithm of teaching foreign speech presents practical exercises and advice.
